  • Eligibility Details

    Giving primarily in areas of company operations in the Delaware Valley, PA, area, with emphasis on the greater Philadelphia, PA, metropolitan area.

    No grants to individuals.

    Deadline Details

    Applications are accepted throughout the year. Initial approach should be by contacting the foundation to request an application form. An application form is required. Applicants should submit the following:

    1. Copy of most recent annual report/audited financial statement/990
    2. Additional materials/documentation
    3. Listing of additional sources and amount of support
    4. List of company employees involved with the organization
    5. Copy of IRS Determination Letter
    6. Statement of problem project will address
    7. Listing of board of directors, trustees, officers and other key people and their affiliations
    8. Population served
    9. Brief history of organization and description of its mission
    10. Detailed description of project and amount of funding requested
    11. Timetable for implementation and evaluation of project
    12. Copy of current year's organizational budget and/or project budget

    The Board meets quarterly.

    Award Details

    Awards vary based on scope and size of project. Awards are up to $25,000. Most grants are less than $5,000.
